Production

We create the style and design of the luminaires ourselves and launch them into mass production. In most of the cases these are large white luminaires for shopping and business centers, offices, HoReCa, detached houses, parks and garden squares. Our production is located in Ryazan, Russia.
Production areas
1. Rotational Moulding Area
The luminaires are produced using rotational moulding. The rotational molding products show excellent performance: they are reliable, safe, seamless and light in weight.

The rotational molding machine that we use for production was designed by our specialists and manufactured to fit our own needs. The production process can be divided into the following stages:

Feeding of material into the mold
We use high-quality linear UV-stabilized low-density polyethylene (LDPE or LLDPE). Find more about the material in our Blog.

Molding process
At this stage the mold starts rotating 360° along two axes. The mold is gradually heated in a special chamber and the polymer is evenly distributed along the walls of the mold.

Cooling
With rotation undisrupted, the mold is cooled until the walls of the future diffuser completely and evenly solidify.

Ejection of the product
At the last stage, the finished product is removed from the mold and the mold is prepared for the next cycle.
2. Area for Assembly of Electrical Components
This is one of the most important areas.
Almost all of our luminaires are divided into two categories according to the light source type:
  • Luminaires with bulbs — standard LED luminaires with an E27 or E14 base which are suitable for accent lighting.

  • PRO LED — professional LED module. To ensure even flaring of the diffuser, uniform light output, and light efficiency we have developed a PRO LED module for each luminaire. Despite the fact that the cost of these luminaires is higher than that of its equivalents with a light bulb, you will need 3−4 times fewer luminaires to illuminate the same space, which will save you a significant sum of money.

For example, we managed to drive the 50 cm Sphere to have a light output of 160 lm/W.
Operations in the area for assembly of electrical components:

  • Soldering — production of PRO LED modules. The module consists of several clusters, a power supply, and a metal bracket.

  • Test operation — production testing of the LED module. We leave the module on for at least 60 minutes, since the first hours of operation are reliability-wise the most indicative period for such electronic components.
3. Assembly Area
Operations in the assembly area:
  • Preparation of diffusers.
  • Flash trimming.
  • Assembling of a finished luminaire.
  • Testing.
  • Packaging into plastic bags and boxes made of five-layer corrugated cardboard with a cellulose face layer.
4. We also have a maintenance area. The area is necessary for repairs, adjustment of molds, and adaptation of equipment for our production conditions.

5. Warehouse for finished products, components and raw materials, and the dispatch/loading area.
We can arrange excursions to the production site on your prior request.
