Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. General Provisions

This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for personal data processing and the measures to ensure the security of personal data of Cubic Meter of Light, LTD (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

1. The Operator's most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities is to respect the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens when processing their personal data, which includes protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.
2. This Operator's personal data processing policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information about the website (http://m3light.ru) visitors that the Operator may retrieve.

2. Terms and Definitions

1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computational tools;
2. Blocking of personal data – temporary termination of the personal data processing (except for cases when the processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
3. Website – a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure availability of such information on the Internet at http://m3light.ru;
4. Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in personal information databases and data ensuring processing of such information by information technologies and technical means;

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools towards personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provisioning, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data;
7. Operator – a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity or individual that independently or jointly with other persons organizes and (or) performs processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of such personal data processing, composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with such personal data;
8. Personal data – any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User at http://m3light.ru;
9. User – any user of the website (http://m3light.ru);
10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain group of persons;
11. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarization with personal data of an unlimited number of persons, including disclosure of personal data in the media, placement in information and telecommunication networks or provision of access to personal data in any other way;
12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a state authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;
13. Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in personal data being destroyed irrevocably and in impossibility of further recovery of the content of the personal data within the personal data information system, as well as (or) resulting in destruction of tangible media with such personal data.

3. The Operator may process the following User personal data

2. Phone number;
3. Email address;
4. Postal code;
5. Delivery address;
   Project name;
   Site adress;
   Design organization (architect, designer);
   Customer (payer);
   Contact person;
   Company name;
   Company address;
   Company site;
   Place of business;
   Type of activity.
   The website shall collect and process anonymous data about the visitors (including "cookies") using internet statistics services (Yandex Metric, Google Analytics, etc.).
   The above-mentioned data is hereinafter collectively referred to as the Personal data.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

1. The purpose of the User personal data processing is to send information to the User via email.
2. The Operator shall have the right to send notifications to the User regarding new products and services, special offers, and various events. The user shall always have the right to opt out of our email informational notification by sending an email to the Operator (info@m3light.ru) marked as "Opt-out".
3. The depersonalized User data collected using the internet statistics services shall be used to collect information about the User's actions on the site, improve quality of the site and its content.

5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

1. The operator shall process the User's personal data only if they have been entered and/or sent by the User in his absolute discretion through special forms posted on the website (http://m3light.ru). Filling out of the appropriate forms and/or sending of personal data to the Operator by the User represents the User's consent to this Policy.
2. The operator shall process the depersonalized User data if this is enabled in the User's browser settings ("save cookies" and "JavaScript").

6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transmission and Other Types of Personal Data Processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator shall be ensured though implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation regarding personal data protection.

1. The Operator shall ensure the security of personal data and take all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to the personal data.
2. The User's personal data shall never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except subject to the current legislation.
3. Should there be any inconsistencies in the personal data, the User can update them on his/her own by sending a statement to the Operator's email address (info@m3light.ru) marked as "Update of Personal Data".
4. The personal data processing period is unlimited. The user can withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a statement to the Operator's email address (info@m3light.ru) marked as "Withdrawal of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data".

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

1. Prior to the cross-border transfer of the personal data, the operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state, on the territory of which the transfer of personal data is supposed to be carried out, provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
2. Cross-border transfers of personal data in the territory of foreign States that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if personal data subject has given a written consent to cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or to execution of the contract, to which the personal data subject is a party.

8. Final Provisions

1. The user can request clarification on the issues of interest related to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email (info@m3light.ru).
2. Such document shall reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The policy shall be valid indefinitely until it is replaced with a new version.
